Ingredients: Sea buckthorn berry extract(Hippophaë rhamnoides L.), fish gelatin, buckwheat extract (Fagopyrum esculentum) containing quercetin and rutin, stabilizer (glycerol), antioxidant (rosemary extract, Rosmarinus officinalis), biotin (D-biotin).

Recommended daily intake for adults: 2 capsules daily with a meal for 2 months. Thereafter maintenance dose of 1 capsule daily. If necessary, increase to 2 capsules daily.
