Cran Cure is a product for the urinary tract with a combination of herbal extracts together with vitamin D and lactic acid bacteria. The herbs consist of highly concentrated extracts of cranberry, cranberry, horsetail, goldenrod and birch leaf. Cran Cure® cranberry plus lactic acid bacteria is a high dose product that can be used as a cure or regularly at a lower dose. In a cure, which should not exceed 5 days, Cran Cure® provides, among other things, 400 mg cranberry extract and 50 mg lingonberry extract which together provide 47 mg proantocyanins. Proantocyanins are the antioxidants that give these berries their beautiful red colour.

In addition to cranberries and lingonberries, there are also extracts of birch mix, horsetail and goldenrod. These have a long traditional use here in the Nordic countries where they have been used in folklore for a wide range of purposes. The advantage of Cran Cure® is that you get standardised, precisely dosed extracts of each ingredient. Something that was not possible in the past.

Each serving of two tablets also provides as many as 2 billion live lactic acid bacteria from the Lactobacillus rhamnosus strain, combined with vitamin D, which contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Always take your Cran Cure® tablets with plenty of water. Men can also use Cran Cure®.

Use

Recommended daily dose:

Initial course: 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening for 5 days.

Maintenance dose: 2 tablets daily.

Take the tablets with a large glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Number of doses per pack: 15-30.

Should you take breaks now and then?

- You can take Cran Cure as a preventative measure as long as you feel it is necessary. Generally, it is said that you should take a break after about 3 months of using supplements. At the same time, it is up to each individual to decide what works best for you. If you have major problems with urinary tract infections and feel that a supplement is helping, you can take it continuously. But it may be a good idea to take a break after about 3 months to see if the problems return.
