Brain Check is a unique dietary supplement based on ingredients carefully selected for cognitive development and designed specifically for children's needs. The product is aimed at children from 6 years and upwards, when the need for concentration and focus is particularly important as a long period of schooling begins. The fact that we need to eat well to function and that, for example, the joints or the immune system need certain nutrients to function optimally is not news to most people. The fact that the brain also needs nutrition for optimal functioning is not as widely talked about. Of course, this does not only apply to children, but they may be in extra need as school is perceived as a challenge for many.

Fish oil

Fish oil contains high levels of the essential omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. DHA contributes to the normal functioning of the brain, as much as 11% of the dry weight of the brain is made up of DHA! The fish oil in Hjärnkoll comes from controlled fisheries outside South America certified by "Friend of the sea" - an international certification for sustainable fishing.

Giant candle oil

Evening primrose oil is known for its content of the omega-6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).

Iron and vitamin C

Iron contributes to normal cognitive development and has a synergistic effect together as vitamin C increases the absorption of iron.

Choline is an essential B vitamin-like substance.
