Well-documented yam contributes

A key ingredient in WoHo! is yam. This root has been a well-known feature of South American Indian history but also used throughout the American continent for centuries. Aren't the ingredients in WoHo and Borago a bit the same?

-Yes they are similar. The difference is that WoHo contains sage and Borago has double the amount of all substances, which makes the capsules in Borago larger. The daily dose is therefore different. You take 4 capsules of WoHo to achieve the same dose as 2 capsules of Borago, but as many people have difficulty with larger capsules, WoHo is a good alternative.

Can I take WoHo during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

- We believe that WoHo should not be used/recommended in the context of pregnancy and lactation. There is a lack of documentation on yam in pregnancy and lactation.

Can teenagers take WoHo?

-We recommend WoHo to adult women over 18 years old. This is because teenagers have a lot of hormones floating around that should not be affected during adolescence. If you still want to give your teenage daughter WoHo, we recommend that it is done in consultation with a doctor's recommendation.

Can you take WoHo for menopausal symptoms?

-Absolutely, it works for that too.

Why is WoHo in capsule not vegan?

-The content of the capsules is completely vegan, it is the capsules themselves that are not vegan as they consist of fish gelatin. We have therefore developed WoHo in liquid form which is completely vegan for those who prefer it.
